Understanding the Human Body

Introduction:

Presented in Technology + Human: Crafting the Innovators of Tomorrow, this piece takes the form of a public game built around everyday questions—questions that may seem trivial at first, but gradually reveal the limits and fragility of the human body and mind.

By drawing attention to these ordinary constraints, the work frames technology not as something distant or futuristic, but as an extension of everyday human capability. It suggests that many tools and systems begin with the same condition: understanding what the human body and mind can do, and how technology can extend those capacities further.

About Project:

The installation is presented on a large LED screen, where visitors respond to two-choice questions within a short countdown. After the countdown ends, the correct answer appears along with a brief explanation. The format is intentionally minimal, creating short cycles of curiosity, decision, and discovery.

Designed for an open-plan exhibition, the work allows people to join, watch, or leave at any moment without disrupting the experience. Visual movement and sound are used carefully to attract attention while preserving the space's atmosphere.

Notes:

In my practice, I am interested in how design can make reflection feel natural rather than forced. In this case, the game format serves as a gentle way to lead visitors toward a deeper awareness of themselves: the limits of the senses, the blind spots of the mind, and the ways technology quietly supports what the body cannot do alone.
